The SAGAPLAY is covered under a one year limited warranty. The warranty begins from the original purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects in material or workmanship that arises under normal use for one year. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to SAGAPLAY. However, Registration of First Day of Purchase is Required.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, SAGAPLAY will repair the defect by using new or refurbished parts that is equivalent to new in performance and reliability OR exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished that is equivalent to the original product. Any attempts to modify, repair, or replace the unit or any components of within the device will result in voiding any warranty and lead to malfunctions which may cause serious personal injury.

This product is not a toy and is not intended to be used by children. Minors should use it only under the direct supervision and responsibility of an adult. For your own safety, please read the manual carefully and thoroughly before operating the device. Operate only in legally designated areas. Refer to local laws before operating device.
